Directed overall project/program management and handled all aspects of resource estimation, project scope, program strategy, and budgeting for multiple projects ranging from hundreds of thousands of dollars to over a million. Provided hands-on IT leadership for several SAP upgrades. Handled all aspects of tracking, performance measurement, and reporting.
